Pure titanium balls are lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal spheres manufactured from commercially pure titanium, ideal for demanding chemical, marine, medical and high-end industrial applications. Their excellent strength-to-weight ratio and biocompatibility make them an advanced alternative to stainless steel or carbon steel balls in harsh environments.
Our pure titanium balls are produced from high-purity titanium (Grade 1 / Grade 2, TA1 / TA2 equivalent) with precise diameter tolerances and fine surface finish for use in valves, pumps, mixers, chemical equipment and high-end consumer products. Titanium offers exceptional resistance to seawater, chloride media and many acids and alkalis, significantly extending service life compared with traditional steel balls.
· Lightweight with about 60% of the density of steel, enabling weight reduction in moving assemblies and portable equipment.
· Outstanding corrosion resistance in seawater, chloride solutions, many organic and inorganic acids and oxidizing environments.
· Non-magnetic and non-toxic, suitable for precision instruments and medical-related applications where magnetic interference or heavy-metal risk is unacceptable.
· Excellent biocompatibility and skin-friendliness, allowing use in body-contact products such as sports accessories and premium personal items.
· Good fatigue strength and toughness for long-term, cyclic loading conditions in pumps, valves and rotating parts.

Our manufacturing and quality systems are certified to IATF 16949:2016 and other international standards, which are widely recognized by global automotive and precision industries. This allows us to apply strict automotive level process control to aluminum balls and other industrial balls, ensuring stable performance batch after batch.
Eurasian has long experience in producing high precision chrome steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel balls, supported by CQI9based heat treatment and advanced inspection equipment. The same metallurgical and process expertise is applied when developing and manufacturing aluminum balls, so you benefit from consistent hardness, microstructure, and dimensional accuracy across all materials.

From bearing steel balls (GCr15 / AISI 52100) to stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and special balls, Eurasian can support multiple projects and platforms with one consolidated supply base. This helps you simplify supplier management, align quality standards, and reduce total procurement and logistics costs.
Eurasian supplies precision balls for automotive seat systems, wheel bearings, industrial equipment, and other export applications through long term cooperation with overseas customers. Our team is familiar with international documentation, packaging, and inspection requirements, making your aluminum ball sourcing smoother and more predictable.
With established production lines and daily capacity measured in tons, we can support both trial orders and large volume programs with reliable delivery times. Flexible MOQs, customized packaging, and responsive communication help you introduce aluminum balls into new projects while controlling risk and lead time.

A pure titanium ball is a precision metal sphere manufactured from commercially pure titanium grades (such as Grade 1 or Grade 2 / TA1 or TA2) without alloying elements like aluminum or vanadium. These grades focus on corrosion resistance, formability and biocompatibility rather than maximum strength.
Pure titanium balls (GR1 / GR2) prioritize ductility, corrosion resistance and ease of forming, making them ideal for chemical and marine applications. Titanium alloy balls such as GR5 (Ti6Al4V) have much higher strength and hardness but slightly lower corrosion resistance and are more often used in aerospace and high-load mechanical components.
Unlike stainless steel, pure titanium maintains excellent resistance to chloride-induced corrosion and seawater, significantly reducing the risk of pitting and crevice attack. It is also non-magnetic and highly biocompatible, which is critical for medical, instrumentation and body-contact applications.
Commercially pure titanium is essentially non-magnetic, so titanium balls do not become magnetized under normal operating conditions. This makes them suitable for use near sensitive sensors, electronic devices and in magnetic imaging environments.
Yes, pure titanium shows excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, many oxidizing acids, neutral and slightly reducing environments, and chloride-containing media. For extremely reducing acids or very specific chemicals, application conditions should be evaluated by a corrosion engineer.
The most common grades are Grade 1 (TA1) and Grade 2 (TA2), classified as commercially pure titanium with slightly different impurity levels. Grade 2 offers a good balance of strength, ductility and corrosion resistance and is widely used in industrial components.
Pure titanium balls can typically be supplied from around 1 mm up to 50 mm or larger, depending on tooling and demand. Precision tolerances and surface finishes can be customized according to your valve, pump or instrument requirements.
Thanks to their biocompatibility and resistance to body fluids, pure titanium and some titanium alloys are widely used in medical and cosmetic tools, as well as in body-contact accessories and implant-adjacent components. For true implant-grade requirements, specialized medical titanium grades and certifications are required.
Store them in a clean, dry environment away from strong acids or alkalis to avoid contamination of the surface. Although titanium is corrosion-resistant, keeping the surface clean helps maintain appearance and ensures consistent performance in critical applications.
Yes, pure titanium balls can be customized in diameter, tolerance, surface finish and packaging to match specific project requirements. For OEM and industrial customers, drawings, sample validation and batch testing can be arranged according to your specification and quality standards.
